That was my 6th attempt at a different cms and this current one is the 5th. The seventh is underway and will be up shortly. I'm currently modifying theme and adding some more modules. Hope to be up by next week.... not that this place is terribly active anyways

Splat]]> phatboy_d@hotmail.com (Dan ) here. There were some great entries and some have yet to be finished. The map pak contains the maps that were tweaked/fixed for their final releases. Unfortunately not all maps were completed by the dead line. Stupid real life gettin in the way all the time . Anyways, wander over and check it out.

I personally hope Mav hosts this event again. It might encourage me to try another map

I was optimistic at the start but the other competitors work makes my first 3 maps look like Chicken Little's puked up corn mash.

Oh well. I'm putting lots of effort into this one and I've learned a lot so far.

**UPDATE**

My map is in Competition closes midnite December 12th and judging starts. My map progess post at NoGhost forums can be found here. If you want to try out the map yourselves it can be downloaded there as well. After the contest is over pending no rework required I'll host the map here. Thanks to Buster, Fragger and Shoronsin for helping with the beta testing.

***UPDATE***

Competition complete and results in. I believe there were 27ish contestants at the start and 16 submitted by the deadline. My map was 12 overall. I'm happy with the results as there was really good mappers in the competition and it wasa good learning experience.
